This tuna bagel is a fresh and satisfying meal featuring a creamy, flavorful tuna filling served on a toasted bagel with a refreshing side of juicy tomatoes and crisp cucumber. It’s a simple, wholesome option that’s perfect for breakfast/brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 Bagel
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 1/2 tbsp siracha
- 1/2 tsp green onion chopped
- 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
- cream cheese
- bagel seasoning (optional)
- tomato (optional as sides)
- cucumber (optional as sides)
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the tuna, mayo and siracha together
- Add in green onions and stir well
- Spread cream cheese onto the bagel
- Add topping onto bagel
- Grate some mozzarella cheese then add on top of bagel
- Air fry at 350F for 5-8 minutes
