These honey chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet, sticky honey glaze that’s packed with flavor. Spices for wings
- 1 Ib chicken wings
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp baking powder
- parsley (optional)
Hot honey sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Dry rub
- 1/2 tsp (each) – garlic and onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken with paper towels
- Toss the wings with all the spices listed until eventually coated
- Throw in parsley (optional)
- Bake at 400F for 40-50 minutes
