Spicy and Sweet Chicken Wings

These honey chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet, sticky honey glaze that’s packed with flavor. They’re the perfect combination of savory and sweet, making them an irresistible appetizer, game-day favorite, or easy weeknight dinner everyone will love.


Spices for wings

  • 1 Ib chicken wings
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • parsley (optional)

Hot honey sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Dry rub

  • 1/2 tsp (each) – garlic and onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken with paper towels
  2. Toss the wings with all the spices listed until eventually coated
  3. Throw in parsley (optional)
  4. Bake at 400F for 40-50 minutes
